Plot

Four children, Peter, Lucy, Edward and Susan, all find tickets to an epic adventure but they’re soon trapped by Willy Wonka. Soon Lucy finds a wardrobe and steps into the magical world of Gnarnia and eventually the four orphans are battling to save Edward and stop the white bitch!

Evaluation

I’m not going to even waste my time reviewing this film it’s poor with a capital P. The only thing that makes it epic is the fact it’s epically crap! It was nominated for three awards by Razzie Award

Plot

50 years into the future, the Sun begins to die, and Earth is dying as a result. A team of astronauts are sent to revive the Sun – but the mission fails. Seven years later, a new team are sent to finish the mission as they are Earth’s last hope.

Evaluation

Hmm bit of strange one this. I actually found the film a little confusing as I dont think it set the scene very well at the beginning. I also found it hard to follow and the ever fluctuating volume was annoying. That said I don’t think I was in one of my ‘Film Watching’ modes and thus It may require a re-run. The visuals of the sun were preatty awsome other than that it was the ‘usual’ spaceship sights and sounds.

All throught the film I kept wondering where i’d seen the actore who played Robert Capa before, alas it was Cillian Murphy who played Jim in 28 Days Later.

Plot

Years after the Raccoon City disaster, Alice is on her own; aware that she has become a liability and could endanger those around her, she is struggling to survive and bring down the Umbrella Corporation led by the sinister Albert Wesker and head researcher Dr. Isaacs. Meanwhile, traveling through the Nevada Desert and the ruins of Las Vegas, Carlos Olivera, L.J., and new survivors K-Mart, Claire Redfield, and Nurse Betty must fight to survive extinction against hordes of zombies.

Evaluation

As a fan of this movie franchise and the fact that Milla Jovovich is hot I so wanted to like this movie however I felt let down by it. There wasn’t actually that much zombie action in it as they seemed to have been replaced by crows which are probably easier to CGI and don’t require expensive trailers and caviar. Also there isn’t actually much you can do with a dessert wasteland scenario.
